Shastri,Gandhi jayanti and a clean India !!

Happy Birthday to India's honest prime minister Shree Lal Bahadur Shastri n to the person credited with putting 'life' into Indian Independence movement - Shri Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi !!

Lal Bahadur Shastri took over as prime minister in 1964 , India was at a very crucial stage as Jawaharlal nehru n Krishna menon along with general BM kaul had totally ruined n virtually destroyed Indian army ,due to which China gave a crushing blow to India in 1962 !! Had he and d respected defence minister Yashvantrao Chavan not taken charge n not redeemed the Indian army ,navy n airforce ,India wud have suffered a similar fate at the hands of pakistan in 1965 !! He not only led India to a successful defense against Pakistan , but also when India faced food shortage throughout 1960s ,he asked people to observe fasts on Monday which he himself also did ,and started the green revolution in India !! Had he not been killed ,he wud have led India to far greater heights n achievement s in 1970s than wat India achieved !! His successful murder was d greatest misfortune of Free India !!

As far as Gandhiji is concerned , I am a lot anti-Gandhi ,as several of his stupid decisions n his stubbornness n adamant nature as India's top leader brought a lot of misery n ruin to India ,especially Hindus during n after partition !! But 1 cannot deny the fact that he united d country for d first time into a single struggle against d British !!

But it is utterly wrong to believe that freedom was won with his 'nonviolent' satyagrahas !! The three pillars of British rule in India - Indian Army ,Navy and Airforce were inspired into rebellion against Britain not by Gandhiji but by Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose and the Indian National Army created by him in d most difficult circumstances !! The 3 movements started by Gandhiji , Non-Co-operation ,Civil Disobedience as well as quit India all failed to achieve anything !! Non cooperation was ruined by gandhiji himself in 1922 over just 1 single incident, civil disobedience ended in 1934 and quit India movement too had faded by 1944 !! Had non co-operation n civil disobedience movements not been withdrawn ,India might have been free in 1920s ot by 1930s n gandhiji wud have rightfully got maximum credit for it !! Had it not been for Netaji , the triggers for the British to quit India -Royal Indian Navy mutiny of 1946,Airforce rebellion n massive public outrage against unfair trials to arrested Indian National Army cadres ,India would not have been free in 1947 !! 

Thus considering Gandhiji's contribution of uniting India into 1 movement and Lal Bahadur Shastri's contribution of fighting for freedom as well as leading Free India ,lets gift them a Clean India by not littering on streets n public places and not feeling ashamed of cleaning d areas outside our home !!

Those who feel Indians cant achieve cleanliness, have no knowledge of Ancient Indian history and heritage !! In ancient period ,Indian Cities were absolutely clean n tidy like western cities r today !! If we could achieve it then ,we can achieve it now as well !! What we require is d right leadership and right attitude for it !! While we have right leadership now,we need right attitude now !! Jai Hind

BJP's loss in bypolls !! Y 1 cannot blame the Modi factor or Yogi Adityanath and BJP's stand on Love Jihad !!

Just as I had expected , BJP faces loss in Vidhan Sabha by-elections across the country !! But there's no reason to blame Modi or Modi wave for it or even BJP's stance on Love-Jihad in it !! like some idiot media journalists are doing !! Here r the reasons why I had expected it and Y we cant blame it on Modi :

1) By-Elections do not have the crucial element of ' Government Formation ' like the main elections have !! They usually have no impact on government formation , and thus , the number of people coming out to vote is less than the main elections !! And it is an unwritten rule of Indian elections that BJP always wins when the voting percentage is high , and faces damage to the extent of losing the elections !!

Take for instance Mumbai had a voting percentage of 41% in 2009 and congress-ncp won !! In 2014 , it was 53 % and BJP-ShivSena won all seats !!

2)Many are blaming BJP taking a "stand" against Love Jihad for its debacle in UP !! Which is again false !! Uttar Pradesh has 4 way politics , that is , there are 4 major political parties !! BJP,BSP,SP and Congress !! Now , BSP , which won 0 seats in Lok Sabha Elections , decided not to contest any of the bypolls in UP !! Thus , UP polls became a 3 way fight !! 2 important voters of BSP , dalits n muslims , went to congress n sp respectively !! This ,combined with the factor that the voter turnout was low compared to LS ,helped them gain in UP , just like Lalu-Nitish alliance helped them gain against BJP in Bihar !!

3) as I already said , by-elections do not involve the crucial element of government formation n thus , these elections entirely depend upon local factors !! thus , there is no question of Modi factor playing a role here as Modi is not gonna form any government !!

4) as BJP was holding 26 out of 33 Vidhan Sabha seats that went for by-elections , it was difficult to retain 26 seats !! A seat won in the main election will always be difficult to retain for BJP in by polls !! Take for example , even in Vadodara LS seat , where BJP had won with a margin of 5,70,000 in May , it won with a margin of only 3,28,000 !! bekoz many people who voted in May to form Modi government didnt cum out to vote this time !!

As for the BJP , these results only and only mean that the party cannot afford to relax , as the old enemies like Lalu-Nitish , SP-BSP and in future maybe even Trinamool-CPM may unite and play games like the BSP played this time !! It doesnt mean that Modi-Wave has vanished or punctured !! However , there should not be any over-dependance on Modi Factor !!

Its surprising that how some paid media journalists , are deliberately misguiding people with all their nonsense analysis !! If an ordinary person like me can understand this ,so can they !! Their " Analysis " says that Modi wave is getting punctured n god knows wat !! These people had hailed Rahul Gandhi's leadership when congress had won 2009 elections !!! However , I wonder , y didnt they save the same thing on rahul gandhi ,which they r saying about Modi now , when congress lost 2014 elections so badly !! Within 100 days of takeover of Amit Shah as BJP chief , they are expecting BJP to sweep each and every election !! Any single loss wud mean that " Modi Wave is diminishing " !! These same media " experts " have never ever blamed any debacle of congress on sonia and rahul gandhi !!

The media " experts " say , BJP is nothing without Modi !!

But then , which party is ever powerful without its most popular leader ?? What is SP without Mulayam and family ?? What is BSP without Mayawati ?? What is congress without Gandhi family ?? infact , it was Indian National Congress that played a role in Independence movement !! When Indira Gandhi quit that party in 1969 and formed her own party Congress [R] which later came to b known as Congress [I] , and fought 1971 elections , she defeated the original Congress party , and her party became the present congress !! So When the party which helped bring independence itself lost elections when its most popular leader Indira quit , how does one single out and expect BJP as a party to be more powerful and popular than its most powerful n popular leaders ???? While BJP has atleast produced a wide range of popular leaders , most other parties have only produced popular families !! So how come only single out BJP ??

While its ironic how even many BJP supporters , fall for paid media shit despite knowing that they r paid , I wonder wat these media spokesperson will say about " Modi Wave " if we win Maharashtra and Haryana assemble elections ,which we have huge chances of winning !!

The pseudo-secular siege of Kashmir !!

Hindus stopped from attending a pilgrimage in their own Country , by an "Indian" CM !!!

The Kousar Nag Yatra , which Hindu pilgrims go for in d state of Jammu and Kashmir , has been banned by the CM of J & K Omar Abdullah !!
This , under the pretext that too many yatras cause "harm" to "ecology" of Kashmir but the real reason is the separatists of Kashmir wont want it n wud create "problems" if the Yatra is continued !!

So rather than leading the fight against separatists , d CM Omar , who has full security , bows down before them , n allows them to dictate terms !!

Wonder Y there is no "harm to Ecology" when Kashmiri separatists like Gilani freely give hate speeches in Kashmir n dictate terms by frequently calling for "bandhs" ?? Y there is no "harm to Ecology" when flags supporting terrorist organization ISIS are openly waved in Srinagar ?? Y there is no "harm to Ecology" when stones r pelted at Kashmir Police ,CRPF or Indian army by people indoctrinated by pro-pakistan Kashmiri separatists ??

Jammu and Kashmir is a state where Hindus are in minority , and this is the treatment given to them by the separatists n J & K government alike !!

The CM has all available resources to arrange for all d requirements of yatra , including security !! The center is always ready to assist with help from paramilitary n military forces !! But No ,Vidhan Sabha Elections in Jammu and Kashmir are coming , and for the sake of a few 1000 muslim votes , he has purposely banned Hindus from attending a pilgrimage !!

Similar step-brotherly treatment ,if not ban , has been given to pilgrims attending Amarnath Yatra !!! It's one of the most popular pilgrimaged of India , and yet , there is a dearth of proper facilities required for the huge pilgrim influx !! There r still no proper roads , much of the route is still 'kutcha road' !! Every year , there r cases of pilgrims falling into valleys en-route to Amarnath but nothing is done !

Surprisingly , Indian mainstream media , which creates a berserk ruckus n shouting at times , always remains silent whenever Hindus r the target !!

When a Shiv Sena MP tried feeding a waiter third-class food over an argument without knowing that he was a muslim , n later regreted on knowing when he was a muslim , some mainstream media channels like Times Now tried to make it a ' Hindu-Muslim ' issue which it was nowhere close to , they said that a ' Muslim has been targetted in Ramzan by a communal Shiv Sena' !! Big platant lies !

But when a chief minister of a state , I repeat " CHIEF MINISTER " , bows down before Jihadis n separatists , none of the mainstream media has criticized him , or said that " Hindus have been targetted during Shravan " !!
Also , a few days ago , AMARNATH YATRA PILGRIMS WERE ATTACKED BY TERRORISTS WHO BURNT DOWN PILGRIM'S TENTS AND KITCHENS !!! But surprisingly , this did not make it to the news for most media channels and newspapers !!

The stupid 9 PM debates on most news channels probably have "rules" of distoring stories and over playing an incident when the victim's religion is islam but underplaying the incidents when the victims r Hindus or SIkhs or non-muslims !! WHAT A HYPOCRISY !!!

This combined hypocrisy of pseudo-secular politicians n paidmedia has to be stopped !! Else be prepared to let go of ur festivals n culture in future when these things happen in ur state !!! Jai Hind ! Jai Shri Ram ! Jai Shri Krishna !!

Rail Fare Hike !! Was It Necessary ?? Is d Narendra Modi Govt wrong in doing it ? N y did BJP oppose it when in opposition ?

Rail Fare Hike - My Take On Was it Necessary ??
Was The Narendra Modi government wrong in doing it ?? N wat's d difference wen BJP opposed Rail-Fare hike wen it was in opposition n is BJP at fault now by increasing wen it is in power ??

Lets start with sum statistics first !!
As we know , the railways comprises of Passenger and Freight [Goods] sector
It has been the usual trend that Passenger Sector is always at loss n freight sector is at profit !! ANd the profits of freight sector do not match up with the losses of Passenger Sector thus always resulting in an overall net loss for Railways !!!

In 2001 , the loss in passenger sector was 4,500 crores
In 2004 , wen UPA govt's tenure started n Lalu took over as Railways minister, the loss in passenger sector was 8,000 crores !!

In such circumstances , Lalu started several loss making concepts like Garib Rath trains , Sampark Kranti trains etc .
Thus , by the end of Lalu's tenure in May 2009 , wen UPA 1 ended n UPA 2 took over , the loss in passenger sector had increased to rupees 13,000 crores , a rise of rupees 5,000 crores during Lalu's regime !!

Then came , Mamta Banerjee's 3 years from 2009-2012 !! She was d worst railway minister n during her tenure , d loss in passenger sector rose to around rupees 20,000-22,000 crore rupees !!

And then finally came 2 years of congress under pawan bansal n mallikarjun kharge , during which the loss in passenger sector rose to a whopping rupees 25-000 to 26-000 crore rupees !!!
The profit in freight sector during this was rupees 18,000 crores !! Thus , resulting in a net loss of rupees 8,000 crores to Indian railways !!

To understand y these losses r happening , one needs to understand the policies with which Railways have been run by the country by successive congress governments - which have resulted in miserable state of railways today !!

One important feature of UPA tenure was that passenger fares were increased only once in ten years by UPA govt !! All to fool people that it's a pro-people government !! Because during the same time , the rates for freight were increased almost EVERY YEAR !!!

Now , the point is that increase in rates of freight also effects the common man !! Infact , continous increase in freight rates effects the common man more adversely than a balanced increased of both passenger n freight rates !!!

For example , coal is carried by freight trains , increase in freight rates results in increase of coal transportation charges resulting in costlier electricity !! SImilarly prices of foodgrains increase wen there is a continous increase in freight rates n so on !!

Thus ,the continous increase in freight prices while not increasing passenger fares was far more disastrous by UPA govt than wat wud a balance increase in both freight n passenger fares wud have been !!

Now consider the state of railway projects !!
Just like many infrastructure projects , many railway projects suffer from improper planning n execution , more increasingly under UPA rule !! Improper planning leads to huge delays n increase in project costs !! Also , several railway projects have are purposely held up by Environment ministry in d name of environment and also by a slow, lazy n indifferent bureaucracy !! There r several examples of delayed projects !! This causes a huge drain on the railways resources n results in improper services by railways !!

Now consider ,the condition of railway staffs !! During Hampi express accident in 2012 , there was an article that the required no. of motormen [train drivers] in d country was 82,000 at dat time , but the no. of motormen was only 60,000 at dat time , a whopping shortage of 22,000 ! Also , out of these 60,000 , 5,000 were medically unfit at that time !! so , in effect , 60,000 motormen were working overtime to do the work of 82,000 motormen !! Overtime results in lack of sleep n a tired body !! When even driving a car without proper sleep can be dangerous , one can imagine how many lives r put at risk by allowing underslept motormen to drive trains !!

Similarly , there is a huge shortage of guards , engineers , cleaning workers n all other staff !! The number of trains were increased every year , but the issue of staff shortage was never properly addressed by the UPA govt !!

Now , its not that not recruiting the required staff saves the railways some money , rather , d existing staff have to be paid overtime which means that no money is saved !!

On the contrary , this staff shortage results in a huge compromise in the services of railways !! It compromises passenger safety !! Also , t results in more time in delivery of goods by freight , causing loss of railways' business to Road Transport Companies ! Also , in a country facing unemployment , such non-recruitment of staff is criminal !!

These policies of total mismanagement of railways continued under ten years of UPA govt !! It was against this background , that upa increased the fares in 2012 !! After 8 years of it's rule , it had not improved the services of railways , had not addressed staff shortage , had not addressed maintenance issues , or even that of cleanliness !! But just increased fares !! And This was the very thing that BJP opposed at that time !! Because just increasing fares without increasing issues is not done !!

And now , when BJP has come in power , it has inherited railways in such a terrible state !! A net loss of 8,000 crores per year means a loss of around rupees 22 crores per day !! Which is unsustainable if the railways has to redeem itself n recover from this mess !! Similar is the state of many public companies which has drained the country of its treasury !!

So to make the railways n ultimately the Country's finances healthy again , it was inevitable that Railway Fares be hiked !! But one thing that we can be assured of is , that there wud be sum improvement in services as well as several held up railway projects have been cleared by the new Government !!

" Acche Din " will cum , but it takes time to take the country out of such mess ! Modi had never promised that they wud cum immediately ! we wud have to wait atleast for a few months for it !! As Modi govt has said , 2 years recovery from UPA mess n then 3 years of growth !!!
